    Experimental Study on ZL101A Al Alloy TIG Repair Color Difference

    • 摘要: 为了改善铝合金焊接修复后的色差,提升修复产品的美观性,对ZL101A铝合金TIG焊接色差产生的机理进行了分析,研究了粗糙度、金相组织对色差的影响。结果表明:随着表面粗糙度的降低,焊接色差先增大后减小;金相组织中黑色Si相的析出导致色差增大,灰色相Mg2Si析出时色差相对较小,但随着Mg2Si的粗大和密集,色差增大。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the color difference after aluminum alloy welding repair and improve the aesthetics of the repaired product, the mechanism of the color difference of ZL101A aluminum alloy generated by TIG welding was analyzed.The effects of the roughness, metallographic structure on color difference were studied. The results show that with the surface roughness decreasing, the welding color difference first increases and then decreases; the precipitation of the black Si phase in the metallographic structure increases the color difference, while the color difference is relatively small when the gray phase Mg2Si is precipitated, but with the coarseness and denseness of Mg2Si, the color difference increases.
