超临界W火焰锅炉水冷壁管频繁拉裂泄漏事故原因分析

    Analysis on Causes of Frequent Rupture and Leakage of Water Wall Pipe of Supercritical W Flame Boiler

    • 摘要: 以东方锅炉厂早期生产的某600 MW超临界W火焰锅炉的水冷壁管频繁拉裂泄漏事故为例,对水冷壁管进行了宏观分析、温度场及应力分析、运行参数分析、化学分析、金相分析、力学性能分析。结果表明,在W型火焰锅炉特有的炉膛结构存在的热负荷分布不均及焊接残余应力基础上,鳍片与水冷壁之间结构与设计尺寸存在问题。因鳍片宽度偏大、鳍片温度梯度大,鳍片内部应力过大,并且在机组启停和变负荷过程中交变应力的共同作用下,鳍片上出现疲劳裂纹并扩展,并最终导致管子被拉裂。

       

      Abstract: Taking frequent cracking leakage accident of water wall tube in a 600 MW supercritical W flame boiler early producted by Dongfang boiler factory as example, the macroscopic analysis, temperature field and stress analysis, operation parameters analysis, chemical analysis, metallographic analysis and mechanical property analysis of the water wall tube were carried out. The results show that based on the uneven distribution of heat load in furnace structure of W type flame boiler and welding residual stress, there are problems in the structure and designed dimensions between fin and water wall. Because of large width of the fin, large temperature gradient of the fin, the internal stress of the fin is too large, and under the joint action of the alternating stress during start and stop of the unit and the variable load, the fatigue cracks appear and propagate on the fin, which eventually leads to tensile cracking of the tube.
