Abstract:
Superalloys are a kind of alloy materials which can maintain good performance for a long time in a high temperature environment above 600 ℃. In order to adapt to the complex working environment of the aeroengine and improve the performance of the aeroengine, superalloy materials are often used to manufacture the hot end components of aeroengines.However, due to the addition of a variety of alloying elements in superalloys, the welding performance of the alloy is poor, and hot cracks and grain boundary liquation are prone to occur at the welded joints. Welding is one of the important processing and repair methods for aeroengines. Therefore, welding processing and repair technology of superalloys has important research significance. The microstructure and welding performance of welded joints of superalloys were discussed, and the research progress of several main welding processes for superalloys was expounded.
