航空发动机高温合金焊接性能的研究现状

    Research Status of Welding Performance of Superalloys in Aeroengine

    • 摘要: 高温合金是能在600℃以上高温环境长期保持良好性能的合金材料。为了适应航空发动机复杂的工作环境,提升发动机性能,高温合金材料常被用于制造航空发动机热端构件。但是,由于高温合金添加了多种合金元素,合金的焊接性能较差,焊接接头处易产生热裂纹和晶界液化。而焊接是航空发动机重要的加工和修复手段之一,因此高温合金的焊接加工与修复技术具有重要的研究意义。本文对高温合金的焊接接头微观组织和焊接性能进行了讨论,并阐述了高温合金几种主要焊接工艺的研究进展。

       

      Abstract: Superalloys are a kind of alloy materials which can maintain good performance for a long time in a high temperature environment above 600 ℃. In order to adapt to the complex working environment of the aeroengine and improve the performance of the aeroengine, superalloy materials are often used to manufacture the hot end components of aeroengines.However, due to the addition of a variety of alloying elements in superalloys, the welding performance of the alloy is poor, and hot cracks and grain boundary liquation are prone to occur at the welded joints. Welding is one of the important processing and repair methods for aeroengines. Therefore, welding processing and repair technology of superalloys has important research significance. The microstructure and welding performance of welded joints of superalloys were discussed, and the research progress of several main welding processes for superalloys was expounded.
