铝合金石膏型精密铸造工艺研究

    Study on Gypsum Mould Precision Casting Technology of Aluminum Alloy

    • 摘要: 由于石膏型保温性好、透气性差等,铝合金复杂薄壁件石膏型精铸的缩松缺陷很难避免。从工艺角度分析了缩松产生的原因,其中液流交汇、浇注系统影响最大。通过铸造工艺优化,例如通气孔、内浇口设置、直浇道与横浇道连接方式优化等,消除或减少缩松的形成条件,从而达到去除铸件缩松缺陷的目的。

       

      Abstract: Due to good heat preservation and poor air permeability of gypsum mould, it is difficult to avoid the shrinkage porosity defects of gypsum mould casting of complex thin-walled aluminum alloy. The formation causes of the shrinkage porosity were analyzed from the technological point, in which the liquid flow intersection and gating system have the greatest influence. By optimizing casting process, such as vent hole, inner gate setting, sprue and runner connection mode optimization, the formation conditions of shrinkage porosity are eliminated, so as to eliminate the shrinkage defects of castings.
