Abstract: In view of the problem of cracking of blast furnace shell and cooling stave, the causes of the problem were analyzed, and the methods, measures and experiences of welding repair of blast furnace shell and on-site repair of cooling stave were exchanged. In addition, the preparation, plan and process of repair, welding parameter selection, etc were also fully introduced. The application of the repair plan shortens the repairing cycle and costs, and it has a certain reference value.
