热规范对35MnVS非调质钢连杆锻件组织和硬度的影响

    Effect of Thermal Specification on Microstructure and Hardness of 35MnVS Non-quenching and Tempering Steel Connecting Rod Forings

    • 摘要: 研究了35MnVS非调质钢在JX493发动机连杆中的应用。通过生产探讨了锻造加热温度和冷却速度对连杆锻件组织和性能的影响。结果表明,锻造加热温度和冷却速度均对产品组织和性能有较明显影响。当锻造温度为1200℃,冷却速度为80℃/min时,锻件硬度为285HB,组织为铁素体和珠光体。实际生产中连杆锻件按照此工艺生产,经过连续20批次批量生产验证,可获得组织和性能优良的产品,质量稳定可靠。

       

      Abstract: The application of 35MnVS non-quenching and tempering steel in JX493 engine connecting rod was investigated. The influence of forging heating temperature and cooling rate on the structure and properties of connecting rod forgings was discussed.The results show that the forging heating temperature and cooling rate have obvious influence on the microstructure and properties of the products.When the forging temperature is 1200℃and the cooling rate is 80℃/min, the hardness of the forging is 285 HB, and the microstructure is ferrite and pearlite.In actual production, connecting rod forgings were produced according to this process. After 20 batches of batch production, products with excellent microstructure and performance can be obtained, and the quality is stable and reliable.
