锻造温度对TA5径向锻造棒材组织及性能的影响

    Influence of Forging Temperature on Microstructure and Properties of TA5 Radial Forging Bar

    • 摘要: 采用四种径向锻造工艺在SXP-13径向锻造机上锻成φ46 mm的TA5钛合金棒。通过显微组织、室温拉伸性能、室温冲击韧性、超声波无损探伤的检测,分析了四种工艺下棒材的组织、性能、无损探伤特性的变化。结果表明,提高锻造温度有利于提高TA5钛合金棒材组织均匀性;且近β区锻造更有利于提高TA5钛合金棒材室温拉伸强度、伸长率及冲击韧性。

       

      Abstract: The TA5 titanium alloy rods were forged on SXP-13 radial forging machine by using four radial forging processes. The microstructure and non-destructive testing characteristics of the bars under four processes were analyzed by tensile properties at room temperature, impact toughness at room temperature and ultrasonic non-destructive testing. The results show that increasing the forging temperature is helpful to improve the microstructure uniformity of TA5 titanium alloy bar, and the near β-zone forging is more helpful to improve the tensile strength, elongation and impact toughness of TA5titanium alloy bar at room temperature.
