烧结气氛对不锈钢多孔滤芯性能影响

    Effect of Sintering Atmosphere on Performance of Stainless Steel Porous Filter Element

    • 摘要: 讨论不同烧结气氛对不锈钢多孔滤芯性能的影响。采用100~160目的 316L不锈钢粉末为原料,经冷等静压机压制后,分别在真空和氢气气氛下进行烧结。结果表明,真空气氛下烧结后,滤芯表面灰白洁净、光亮;随温度升高,最大孔径由18μm降至16μm;环拉强度由158 MPa提高到165 MPa。在氢气气氛下烧结,滤芯表面灰暗,不光;随着温度升高,最大孔径由16μm降至12μm;环拉强度由85.2 MPa提高到136 MPa。真空气氛下烧结的不锈钢滤芯性能均优于氢气气氛下的,真空气氛下烧结最适合316L不锈钢滤芯的烧结制备。

       

      Abstract: The influence of sintering atmosphere on the properties of stainless steel porous filter element were discussed.Taking 100-160 mesh 316L stainless steel powder as raw material, after being pressed by cold isostatic press, the powder was sintered under vacuum and hydrogen atmosphere. The results show that the surface of the filter element is clean and bright after sintering in a vacuum atmosphere. The maximum pore diameter decreases from 18 μm to 16 μm with increasing temperature. The torus tensile strength increases from 158 MPa to 165 MPa. Sintered under the atmosphere of hydrogen, the surface of the filter is gray, notjust. The maximum diameter decreases from 16 μm to 12 μm with increasing temperature. The ring tensile strength increased from 85.2 MPa to 136 MPa. The filter core performance of the sintered stainless steel under vacuum atmosphere is better than that under hydrogen atmosphere. Therefore, the sintering under vacuum atmosphere is most suitable for the sintering preparation of 316L stainless steel filter core.
