    Influence of Precipitates in Automobile Spring Flat Steel 50CrVA on Its Properties

    • 摘要: 采用化学分析、硬度测定、金相检验和电子能谱方法对转炉工艺生产的50CrVA板簧早期疲劳断裂进行分析。结果表明:疲劳断片不仅存在严重的氮化物夹杂和卷渣冶金缺陷,而且存在大量贝氏体组织。提高冶金质量并完善热处理工艺可有效提高弹簧钢的疲劳寿命。

       

      Abstract: The early fatigue fracture of 50CrVA leaf spring produced by converter process was analyzed by means of chemical analysis, hardness test, metallographic examination and electronic energy spectrum. The results show that there are not only serious nitride inclusion and slag entrapment defects, but also a large number of bainite structures in the fatigue fragments. It is shown that the fatigue life of spring steel can be effectively increased by improving metallurgical quality and heat treatment process.
