大型复杂钛合金底座铸造工艺研究

    Research on Casting Technology of A Large Complex Titanium Alloy Base

    • 摘要: 大型钛合金底座因形状复杂、壁薄,具有成形困难、易变形的特点。本文开展了机加工石墨型的成型方法研究。通过设计雨淋式密集均布、多层浇注系统,设定合理的熔炼浇注参数,并对铸件进行退火热处理,最终生产的铸件成型良好,铸件内外部质量和性能满足使用要求。

       

      Abstract: Because of its complex shape and thin wall thickness, the large titanium alloy base has the characteristics of difficult forming and easy deformation. The forming method of machined graphite mold was studied. Through the design of rain-dense distribution and multilayer gating system, reasonable melting and pouring parameters were set, and the castings were annealed. The final castings are well formed, and the internal and external quality and properties of the castings meet the use requirements.
