Abstract:
The forming technology of 4 mm thick 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel wide flange cylinder was studied. The results show that it is very difficult to achieve precise size control of stainless steel cold drawing parts with wide flange cylinder. The product is formed by two deep drawing, the springback of final drawing parts is serious and the height dimension error is large. The main reason that affects the dimensional excess of drawing parts is springback. Because the springback of stainless steel material is large, the flange and the bottom surface are uneven. The elastic deformation in the direction of die height affects springback. The height dimension can be accurately controlled by flange and bottom plane leveling.
