新型焊接接头电子束焊工艺研究

    Research on Electron Beam Welding Process of New Type of Welding Joint

    • 摘要: 在推进模块产品上将3个组件采用真空电子束焊成一个整体的过程中,两两组件相互产生2条焊缝,出现点焊效率低、焊接叠加造成整个产品变形较大、探伤和检漏成本较高等问题。针对上述问题,主要通过设计一种新型焊接接头、制作焊接工装以及焊接工艺参数改进等措施,解决了焊接效率和焊缝质量问题,使两条焊缝一次成型,最终焊缝内外部质量和外漏率满足设计要求。

       

      Abstract: In the process of three components of a propulsion module to one part by using vacuum electron beam welding, the three components will produce two welds with each other. The spot welding efficiency is low, the welding overlap causes the entire product to deform, and the cost of flaw detection and leak detection is high. For the above problems,the welding efficiency and welding seam quality problems were solved by designing a new type of welding joint, making welding tooling and improving welding process parameters. The two welds can be formed at one time, and the final internal and external quality of the weld and external leakage rate meet the designed requirements.
