Abstract:
In the process of three components of a propulsion module to one part by using vacuum electron beam welding, the three components will produce two welds with each other. The spot welding efficiency is low, the welding overlap causes the entire product to deform, and the cost of flaw detection and leak detection is high. For the above problems,the welding efficiency and welding seam quality problems were solved by designing a new type of welding joint, making welding tooling and improving welding process parameters. The two welds can be formed at one time, and the final internal and external quality of the weld and external leakage rate meet the designed requirements.
