精锻齿环凸键微裂纹的原因分析及预防措施

    Cause Analysis and Preventive Measures of Micro-cracks of Precision Forged Tooth-Ring Convex Key

    • 摘要: 为了解决锰黄铜同步器齿环精密锻造过程在凸键圆角处的裂纹,通过金相显微镜观察了裂纹试样的金相组织,利用数值模拟技术对整个齿环的精密成形过程进行模拟分析。从锻件材质和工艺角度分析微裂纹产生的原因并探究了解决措施。结果表明,圆角处锻造过程应力、应变较大是产生裂纹的主要原因。调整锻造温度可以消除该锻件在锻造过程中所产生的显微裂纹。该结论在实际生产中得到了相应的工程验证。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the crack of precision forging process of tooth ring of manganese brass synchronizer at the corner of convex key, the microstructure of crack specimen was observed by metallographic microscope. Numerical simulation was used to simulate and analyze the precision forming process of the whole ring.The causes of microcracks were analyzed from the point of material and process of forgings, and the solutions were explored. The results show that the main reason of the crack is the large stress and strain in the forging process at the fillet. Adjusting the forging temperature can eliminate the microcracks produced by the forging process.The conclusion was verified by engineering in actual production.
