Abstract:
The surface defects of materials are important factors affecting the fatigue life. The low-cycle fatigue behavior of 2A70 aluminum alloy under low cycle load after laser and vibration labeling was studied, and the influence of labeling on the fatigue life and fracture mechanism were further studied. The results show that the low cycle fatigue life of 2A70 alloy after vibration marking reduces by 69% compared with that of the base metal, while reduces by 99% after laser marking. After laser marking, the trace is more sharp, resulting in a larger stress concentration, which can reduce the low cycle fatigue performance and life.
