一种解决减震器焊接裂纹的新工艺

    A New Technique for Solving Welding Cracks of Shock Absorbers

    • 摘要: 分析某高铁用减震器在焊接过程中出现裂纹缺陷的原因。分析发现:减震器焊接裂纹缺陷主要分为两类,第一类是由于定位段和第一道焊时热输入较小导致的未熔合和淬硬裂纹;第二类是由于第二道焊接时热输入较大导致的结晶裂纹。通过改善定位段焊参数,使用240 A大电流进行长时间的摆动焊,以及焊接完第一道焊缝后立即采用较小的200 A电流进行第二道焊接,使减震器焊接缺陷问题得到解决,可为类似结构件的焊接提供参考。

       

      Abstract: The cause of crack defect of a shock absorber used in high-speed railway was analyzed. Through analysis, it is found that the welding crack defects of the shock absorber are mainly divided into two categories. The first category is the unfused defect and hardened crack caused by small heat input in the positioning and first pass welding. The second type is the crystalline crack caused by large heat input in the second pass welding. By improving the positioning welding parameters, that is, using a larg current of 240 A and long time swing welding, and using a smaller current of 200 A for the second pass weld immediately after the first pass welding, the welding defects of the shock absorber can be solved, which can provide reference for the welding of similar structural parts.
