Abstract: Combined with the characteristics of cold cutting saw blade with ultra-high strength and toughness, the development and application of the main materials of cold cutting saw blade were introduced, including matrix steel, blade teeth, intermediate solder and surface coating material. It is pointed out that the application of high-performance materials is the key to obtain excellent performance of cold cutting saw blade with ultra-high strength and toughness.
