承压设备用15NiCuMoNb钢厚壁环形锻件工艺技术研究

    Research on Technology of 15NiCuMoNb Steel Thick-walled Ring Forgings for Pressure Equipment

    • 摘要: 由于Cu的影响,承压设备用15NiCuMoNb钢厚壁环形锻件在锻造过程中极易开裂,甚至报废;由于锻件壁厚较大,性能热处理时淬透效果难以保证,性能不合格风险也较大。通过材料成分设计、炼钢成分控制和锻造工艺方案设计,较好地解决了锻造成形中钢的脆性开裂;并通过热处理工艺试验,确定了最佳淬火、回火工艺参数。通过实际的工业化生产,验证了材料化学成分设计和锻造、热处理工艺参数的合理性。

       

      Abstract: Owing to the influence of Cu, thick-walled 15NiCuMoNb steel ring forgings used in pressure-bearing equipment are easily cracked or even scrapped during forging. Because of large wall thickness of the forging, the quenching effect is difficult to guarantee during heat treatment, and the risk of unqualified performance is also great. Through material composition design, steel-making composition control and forging process scheme design, the brittle cracking problem in forging forming was well solved. The optimum technological parameters of quenching and tempering were determined by heat treatment process test. Through the actual industrial production, the rationality of material chemical composition design and process parameters of forging, heat treatment were verified.
