Abstract:
The quenched and different time cryogenic and tempered treatment were carried out on 06Cr25Ni20 stainless steel.The microstructure observation, XRD analysis, hardness test and corrosion wear test were used to study the influence of different time cryogenic on the microstructure and properties of 06Cr25Ni20 stainless steel. The results show that the microstructure of 06Cr25Ni20 steel quenched at 1040 ℃×1 h+cryogenic at different time+220 ℃×1 h tempered is mainly austenite and Cr carbide. With the increase of cryogenic time, the carbide content of the test steel increases gradually, the austenite grain size decreases gradually, the hardness increases gradually, and the corrosion wear rate decreases first and then increases.The corrosion wear rate of 06Cr25Ni20 steel is the lowest at 4 h deep cooling.The wear rate is 68×10

3/(N·m), which is 34% lower than that of the non-cryogenic steel.
