退火温度对含铜、银抗菌不锈钢组织和耐腐蚀性能的影响

    Effects of Annealing Temperature on Microstructure and Corrosion Resistance of Antibacterial Stainless Steel Containing Copper and Silver

    • 摘要: 对冷轧后含铜、银抗菌不锈钢进行1000、1050、1100℃的退火处理,观察退火温度对组织的影响;使用电化学工作站测得极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱,探究3种不同退火温度对耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:随着退火温度的升高,奥氏体晶粒逐渐长大;退火温度为1050℃时,不锈钢的耐腐蚀性能最好。

       

      Abstract: The antibacterial stainless steel containing copper and silver after cold rolling was annealed at 1000 ℃, 1050 ℃ and 1100 ℃, and the effect of annealing temperature on the microstructure was observed.The polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectrum were measured by electrochemical workstation to investigate the influence of three different annealing temperatures on the corrosion resistance.The results show that austenite grains grow with the increase of annealing temperature.The corrosion resistance of the stainless steel is the best when annealing temperature is 1050 ℃.
