低碳钢磁性热处理影响因素的实验研究与讨论

    Experimental Study and Discussion on Influencing Factors of Magnetic Heat Treatment of Low Carbon Steel

    • 摘要: 针对低碳钢磁性热处理理论,提出了新观点,认为在奥氏体区高温长时间保温对低碳钢磁性能影响不大,起关键作用的是两相区相变过程。根据新观点制订了新工艺,并通过实验验证了该观点的正确性。结果表明,新工艺时间只有原工艺时间的1/2,而磁性能仍保持与原工艺基本相同的水平。

       

      Abstract: A new viewpoint was put forward for the magnetic heat treatment theory of low carbon steel.It was considered that heat preservation with high temperature for a long time in the austenite region has little effect on the magnetic properties of low carbon steel, and the phase transformation process in the two-phase region was the key.According to the new point of view, a new process was put forword, and the correctness of the viewpoint was confirmed by the experiments. The results show that the new process time is only 1/2 of the original process time, while the magnetic properties remain basically the same level as the original process.
