影响高锰钢力学性能因素的研究综述

    Research Review on Factors Affecting Mechanical Properties of High Manganese Steel

    • 摘要: 高锰钢以其出色的力学性能如高强度、高伸长率和高加工硬化率,受到国内外专家学者的广泛关注。综述了合金元素、堆垛层错能(SFE)、变形速率、变形温度和约束效应对高锰钢力学性能的影响,并阐述了相关的变形机制,以期对今后高锰钢的研究提供思路和方法。

       

      Abstract: High manganese steels has received wide attention of scientists from all over the world for its excellent mechanical properties, such as high strength, high elongation and high work hardening rate. The effects of alloying elements,stacking fault energy(SFE), deformation rates, deformation temperatures and the constraint effect on the mechanical properties of high manganese steel were reviewed, and the corresponding mechanism has been explained, which can provide some technologies and methods for investigating the high manganese steel in the future.
