高熵合金的制备及性能

    Preparation and Properties of High-entropy Alloys

    • 摘要: 高熵合金由于具有高强度、高硬度、高塑性、良好的耐磨性、耐蚀性、抗高温软化和低温脆化及抗辐照性能,是较有应力潜力的高性能结构材料,已经成为国内外材料科学前沿领域的热点研究方向。介绍了国内外高熵合金的研究现状,对高熵合金现阶段的制备方法、组织特性、宏观性能、合金设计、计算机模拟设计等进行了概述,最后对高熵合金的发展和应用前景进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: Due to its high strength, high hardness, high plasticity, good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature softening resistance, low temperature brittle and radiation resistance, the high-entropy alloys are the new high-performance metal structural materials with the most application potential. It already becomes a hot research direction in the frontier field of national materials science. The research status of high-entropy alloys in China and abroad were introduced.The current preparation methods, microstructure characteristics, macro-performance, alloy design and computer simulation design of high-entropy alloys were summarized. Finally, the development and application prospects of high-entropy alloys were looked forward.
