激光增材再制造工艺规划及性能提升研究进展

    Research Progress on Process Planning and Performance Improvement of Laser Additive Remanufacturing

    • 摘要: 激光增材再制造技术因具有修复速度快、修复质量高等优势而在修复领域得到广泛应用,而如何得到理想的使役性能是再制造的核心问题。本文首先阐述了激光增材再制造的概念及工艺流程,然后综述了修复区几何形状、修复区尺寸和粉末沉积路径这三个因素对再制造质量的影响,总结了提升修复区性能的方法,最后对激光增材再制造进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: Laser additive remanufacturing technology has been widely used in the repair field because of its advantages of fast repair speed and high repair quality. How to obtain the ideal service performance is the core issue of remanufacturing. The concept and process flow of laser additive remanufacturing were explained firstly, then the influence of the three factors of repair area geometry, repair area size and powder deposition path on the remanufacturing quality were summarized, and the methods to improve the quality of the repair area were summarized. Finally, the prospect of laser additive remanufacturing was pointed out.
