2.6 alloy samples.X-ray diffractometer(XRD) was used to detect the structural characteristics of the sample. The thermoplastic forming experiment was carried out by using the universal mechanical testing machine.Through scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) analysis and micro-hardness test, the influences of die hole diameter on the thermoplastic forming ability, oxidation degree and micro-hardness of Zr-based bulk amorphous alloys were studied. The results show that the larger the die hole diameter, the better the thermoforming ability of the amorphous alloy. With the increase of die hole diameter, the surface of the alloy is more prone to oxidation, and the oxidation of the bulge area is serious than that of the surface area. After thermoplastic forming, the micro-hardness of the alloy samples is affected by the cooling rate. With the increase of the die hole diameter, the micro-hardness of the alloy samples increases slowly, and the hardness values of the formed area and the edge area are slightly lower than those of the unformed area.
