连铸坯偏析对高碳钢盘条组织和力学性能的影响

    Effect of Continuous Casting Billet Segregation on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of High Carbon Steel Wire Rods

    • 摘要: 对高碳钢的连铸坯和热轧盘条的力学性能、组织偏析进行了检测。结果表明:连铸坯内弧侧存在碳偏析,热轧盘条存在局部偏析斑、且存在网状渗碳体,热轧盘条易发生脆性断裂。通过优化拉速、比水量及拉矫机压下量等参数,使连铸坯内弧侧碳偏析由1.10降低至1.04,热轧盘条局部偏析斑和网状渗碳体得到消除,力学性能合格率由62.3%提高到99.3%。

       

      Abstract: The mechanical properties and microstructure segregation of continuous casting billet and hot rolled strip of high carbon steel were tested. The results show that there is carbon segregation on the inner arc side of continuous casting billet, and local segregation spot exists in hot rolled strip, and network cementite exists, so brittle fracture is easy to occur in hot rolled strip. By optimizing the casting speed, specific water quantity and the reduction of tension levelers, the carbon segregation of the continuously casted billets is lowered from 1.10 to 1.04, and the segregation spot and network cenmentite of hot-rolled wire rods are eliminated, and the qualified rate of mechanical properties is increased from 62.3%to 99.3%.
