自然时效对7A04铝合金力学性能和电化学腐蚀行为的影响

    Effects of Natural Aging on Mechanical Properties and Electrochemical Corrosion Behavior of 7A04 Aluminum Alloy

    • 摘要: 采用拉伸测试、硬度测试、导电率和电化学实验,结合透射电镜和扫描电镜等表征手段研究了自然时效对T6态7A04铝合金在慢速率冷却条件下力学性能和电化学腐蚀行为的影响。实验选择的固溶方式为475℃升温1 h,保温1 h,淬火介质分别选择了空气和室温水。结果表明:人工时效前增加自然时效可以优化7A04铝合金的组织性能,使其晶内析出相的尺寸更加细小、分布更加均匀,进而提高7A04铝合金在慢速率冷却条件下的抗拉强度、屈服强度和硬度等力学性能,并保持较好的塑性。同时,使7A04铝合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀电流密度更小,耐腐蚀性能提高。

       

      Abstract: The effects of natural aging on the mechanical properties and electrochemical corrosion behavior of T6 state 7A04 aluminum alloy under slow rate cooling conditions were studied by tensile test, hardness test, conductivity test and electrochemical test combined with TEM and SEM. The solid solution method selected in the experiment was heated at 475 ℃ for 1 h and holding for 1 h. The quenching medium were air and room temperature water. The results show that, adding natural aging before artificial aging can optimize the microstructure and properties of 7A04 aluminum alloy, which can make the size of the precipitated phase in the crystal smaller and more uniform. Furthermore, the tensile strength, yield strength,hardness and other mechanical properties of 7A04 aluminum alloy under slow rate cooling condition are improved, and the plasticity is maintained. Meanwhile, the corrosion current density of 7A04 aluminum alloy in 3.5% NaCl solution is smaller and the corrosion resistance is improved.
