热变形对430铁素体不锈钢氢脆性能的影响

    Effect of Thermal Deformation on Hydrogen Embrittlement of 430 Ferritic Stainless Steel

    • 摘要: 研究双相区(1000℃)热轧压下量对430铁素体不锈钢微观组织及氢脆性能的影响。结果表明:铁素体不锈钢经双相区热轧后组织为变形马氏体和铁素体;随变形量的增加,材料塑性逐渐降低,屈服强度及抗拉强度明显增加,氢脆敏感性逐渐增加。试样充氢后均表现出严重的塑性损失,强度明显下降,断口由解离+少量韧窝形貌转变为完全的解理脆性断裂形貌。

       

      Abstract: Effects of hot rolling reduction on the microstructure and hydrogen embrittlement of 430 ferrite stainless steel in biphasic region (1000℃) were studied.The results show that the ferrite stainless steel microstructure after hot rolling in biphasic zone is deformation martensite and ferrite; with the increase of deformation, the plasticity of the material decreases gradually, the yield strength and tensile strength increase obviously, and the hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity increases gradually.After hydrogen filling, the samples shows serious plastic loss and obvious decrease in strength, and the fracture surface changes from cleavage+a small number of dimple morphology to complete cleavage brittle fracture morphology.
