    Cause of Corrosion Perforation on Inner Wall of Φ108 mm×5 mm Sewage Pipeline Weld

    • 摘要: 某油田现场Φ108 mm×5 mm排污管线焊缝内壁发生腐蚀穿孔,进行了管线宏观形貌分析、化学成分分析、金相组织分析,及内壁提取物X射线衍射(XRD)分析、断口扫描电镜(SEM)分析、能谱分析与水样分析。结果表明:氧腐蚀是焊缝局部腐蚀的腐蚀类型,垢下腐蚀是导致焊缝局部腐蚀的主要原因。和母材相比,焊缝耐蚀性较差,腐蚀产物膜更加疏松。焊缝余高造成的湍流以及高的氯离子含量促进了排污管线焊缝区域的局部腐蚀。

       

      Abstract: Corrosion perforation occurred on the weld inner wall of a Φ108 mm×5 mm sewage pipeline in an oil field.The analysis of macromorphology, chemical composition, metallographic structure of pipeline, XRD analysis of inner wall extract, SEM scanning microscope analysis of fracture, energy spectrum analysis and water sample analysis were carried out.The results show that oxygen corrosion is the type of local corrosion of weld, and corrosion under scale is the main cause of local corrosion of weld.Compared with that of the base metal, the corrosion resistance of the weld is worse, the corrosion product film is more loose.The turbulence caused by weld reinforcement and the high chloride ion content promote the local corrosion of the weld area of the sewage pipeline.
