Abstract:
The dimensional accuracy experiment of the TC4 titanium alloy sheet electromagnetic induction heating incremental forming was carried out.The influence of the induced current, layer feeding, tool head diameter and forming angle on dimensional accuracy was studied through single factor experiment.The results show that in the electromagnetic induction heating incremental forming, the dimensional accuracy increases with the increase of the current, increases with the increase of the tool head diameter, and decreases with the increase of the layer feeding; increasing the induced current and the tool head diameter can significantly improve the dimensional accuracy of the component, but the degree of influence on the same error is not the same.Each factor has the most significant influence on the bottom bulge error.
