TC4钛合金板电磁感应加热渐进成形的尺寸精度研究

    Study on Dimensional Accuracy of Incremental Forming of TC4 Ti Alloy Sheet by Electromagnetic Induction Heating

    • 摘要: 进行了TC4钛合金板电磁感应加热渐进成形的尺寸精度试验,通过单因素试验研究了感应电流、层进给量、工具头直径和成形角度对尺寸精度的影响规律。结果显示在电磁感应加热渐进成形中,尺寸精度随着电流的增大而提高,随着刀具直径的增大而提高,随着层进给量的增大而降低。增大感应电流和工具头直径能显著提高构件的尺寸精度,但对同一误差的影响程度并不相同;各因素对底部鼓凸误差影响最为显著。

       

      Abstract: The dimensional accuracy experiment of the TC4 titanium alloy sheet electromagnetic induction heating incremental forming was carried out.The influence of the induced current, layer feeding, tool head diameter and forming angle on dimensional accuracy was studied through single factor experiment.The results show that in the electromagnetic induction heating incremental forming, the dimensional accuracy increases with the increase of the current, increases with the increase of the tool head diameter, and decreases with the increase of the layer feeding; increasing the induced current and the tool head diameter can significantly improve the dimensional accuracy of the component, but the degree of influence on the same error is not the same.Each factor has the most significant influence on the bottom bulge error.
