Abstract:
The microstructure, texture and magnetic properties of non-oriented silicon steel in different reduction rate were investigated by metallographic microscope and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that large grains appear on the surface of the hot rolled plate after increasing the last two pass reduction rate during hot rolling, the fiber structure in the heart disappears, and the irregular deformation structure is formed from subsurface layer to heart, and the content of cubic texture and rotated cube texture in the surface layer reaches 2.90% and 2.49% respectively. After normal and annealing, the texture is still mainly cube texture and Goss texture, the content of cube texture and Goss texture are increased, while the content of unfavorable copper type texture decreases. The average grain size of finished products increases after increasing the reduction rate in finish rolling, which reaches 101.69 μm, the iron loss is decreased by 0.091W/kg, and the magnetic induction intensity is increased by 0.013 T.
