Abstract:
Three heat treatment processes were carried out on as-cast ZGMn18Cr2 super-high manganese steel. The effects of different heat treatment processes on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZGMn18Cr2 steel were studied by microstructure observation, hardness test and impact test.The results show that a large number of dispersed carbide exists in the as-cast ZGMn18Cr2 steel in the crystal and at the grain boundary. After 580 ℃ for 1 h, 680 ℃ for 2 h, and then 1100 ℃ for 2 h, after quenching, ZGMn18Cr2 steel has a single austenite structure, and the grain size is small. The hardness and impact absorption energy of ZGMn18cr2 steel are 241 HB and 117.2 J, respectively, and the comprehensive mechanial properties is best.
