激光熔覆沉积H13钢的组织及力学性能

    Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of H13 Steel Fabricated by Laser Cladding Deposition

    • 摘要: 利用激光熔覆沉积(LCD)增材制造技术成功制备了H13钢,表征了其物相和显微组织,同时对比分析了LCD成型H13钢与铸造H13钢的硬度、耐磨性、拉伸性能和断口形貌。结果表明,LCD成型H13钢低倍下纵截面组织形貌呈鱼鳞状分布,熔道搭接界面处为较粗大的柱状晶组织,熔道中部组织沿热源逆向生长,呈细小枝晶分布,LCD成型H13钢主要组织为针状马氏体、残余奥氏体以及少量碳化物;LCD成型H13钢的平均显微硬度是铸造H13材料的2.76倍,达到652.5 HV0.2,耐磨性能相比铸造H13钢提升至1.5倍以上。LCD成型H13钢的抗拉强度明显高于铸造H13钢的,达到1670.7 MPa,伸长率却显著降低,拉伸断口呈明显的脆性断裂特征。

       

      Abstract: H13 steel was successfully prepared by laser cladding deposition (LCD) additive manufacturing technology, and its phase and microstructure were characterized.At the same time, the hardness, wear resistance, tensile properties and fracture morphology of LCD-processed H13 steel and cast H13 steel were compared and analyzed.The results show that the longitudinal-section structure of the LCD-processed H13 steel at low magnification presents fish-scale distribution, and the lap interface of the melt channel is relatively coarse columnar crystal structure, and the middle structure of the melt channel grows in the reverse direction of the heat source and is fine dendrites.The main structure of LCD-processed H13 steel is acicular martensite, retained austenite and a small amount of carbides; the average microhardness of LCD-processed H13 steel is 652.5 HV0.2, which is 2.76 times of that of cast H13 steel; and the wear resistance of LCD-processed H13 steel is 1.5 times of that of cast H13 steel.The tensile strength of LCD-processed H13 steel reaches 1670.7MPa, which is significantly higher than that of cast H13 steel, but the elongation is significantly reduced, and there are obvious brittle fracture characteristics at the tensile fracture.
