Abstract:
Unstable circulation and poor air tightness often occur during the process of material transfer in curved blanking tube of transfer station, which not only seriously affects the industrial production but also the physical and mental health of operators. In order to solve these problems, a new processing technology of curved blanking tube was proposed, which means using welding instead of flange connection. Taking the manufacturing process of curved blanking tube in winter of a power plant in Xinjiang as an example, the welding method of the curved blanking tube was introduced, especially special requirements of welding process in winter, as well as the treatment methods before and after welding were elaborated. In order to ensure the welding quality, the weld was analyzed by flaw detection, and the metallographic structure observation and mechanical property test of the welding samples were carried out. The results show that the welding quality is good, the tensile property is closer to that of the base metal, and the bending property is qualified.
