基于PLC发动机缸盖低压铸造成型的智能控制

    Intelligent Control of Low Pressure Casting Molding for Engine Cylinder Head Based on PLC

    • 摘要: 针对发动机缸盖低压铸造成型智能化程度较低的问题,对其成型工艺及热处理参数进行了研究。基于PLC设计了发动机缸盖低压铸造成型智能控制系统,并在实际生产中进行了应用。研究及应用表明:设计的发动机缸盖低压铸造成型智能控制系统能实现对温度、气压、时间等关键参数进行自动控制和智能调节,实现整个低压铸造生产过程的自动智能化,且系统中设置有自动检测和报警功能。该研究能为低压铸造的自动化及升级改造提供重要理论依据。

       

      Abstract: For the problem of low intelligence intelligent of low-pressure casting of cylinder head, the molding process and heat treatment parameters were studied. A low-pressure casting molding intelligent control system of an engine cylinder head was designed based on PLC, and it was applied in the practical production. The research and application show that the designed low-pressure casting and molding intelligent control system of the engine cylinder head can realize the automatic control and intelligent adjustment of the key parameters such as temperature, air pressure and time, and realize the automatic intelligence of the whole low-pressure casting production process, and the automatic detection and alarm functions are set in the system. This research can provide important theoretical basis for automation and upgrading of low-pressure casting.
