Abstract:
For the problem of low intelligence intelligent of low-pressure casting of cylinder head, the molding process and heat treatment parameters were studied. A low-pressure casting molding intelligent control system of an engine cylinder head was designed based on PLC, and it was applied in the practical production. The research and application show that the designed low-pressure casting and molding intelligent control system of the engine cylinder head can realize the automatic control and intelligent adjustment of the key parameters such as temperature, air pressure and time, and realize the automatic intelligence of the whole low-pressure casting production process, and the automatic detection and alarm functions are set in the system. This research can provide important theoretical basis for automation and upgrading of low-pressure casting.
