    • 摘要: 金属基复合材料具有高强度、低密度、高模数、低延展性、高耐磨性、低热膨胀等优异性能,在各个领域中迅速发展。介绍了金属基复合材料的粉末冶金法、铸造法、原位反应法和喷射成形法等制备方法,以及金属基复合材料在航天航空、汽车、电子封装不同领域中的应用,最后对金属基复合材料的未来发展趋势进行展望。

       

      Abstract: Metal matrix composites have excellent properties such as high strength, low density, high modulus, low ductility, high wear resistance, low thermal expansion, etc., and are developing rapidly in various fields. The preparation methods of metal matrix composite materials: powder metallurgy, casting method, in-situ reaction method and spray forming method were introduced, as well as the application of metal matrix composite materials in different fields of aerospace, automobile and electronic packaging industries were introduced. Finally, the future development trend of metal matrix composites was prospected.
