平板搭接焊缝跟踪数据偏差的修正方法

    Correction Method for Tracking Data Deviation of Plate Lap Welds

    • 摘要: 自动化焊接过程中,待焊接工件的安装误差以及焊接过程中的热变形造成焊缝偏移,影响焊接质量。以平板搭接焊缝为跟踪目标,通过视觉采集焊缝特征图像,获得焊缝位置数据,以进行焊缝识别及定位。提出一种焊缝跟踪数据偏差的修正方法,即采用中值滤波与卡尔曼滤波相结合的方法,对焊缝位置数据波动进行修正。焊接实验显示,在焊缝特征受到孤光、飞溅干扰下,仍能实现焊缝的准确识别和定位。提出的平板搭接焊缝跟踪数据偏差的修正方法可以有效过滤数据波动,提高焊接机构运动平稳性。

       

      Abstract: In the process of automatic welding, the installation error of the workpiece to be welded and the thermal deformation in the welding process lead to the weld deviation and affect the welding quality.Taking the plate lap welding seam as the tracking target, the welding seam images were collected through vision system and the weld position data was obtained to identify the welding seam and positioning.A method was proposed to correct the deviation of weld tracking data, and the method combining median filter and Kalman filter was used to correct the fluctuation of weld position data.The welding experiment shows that the welding seam can be identified and located accurately under the interference of solitary light and spatter.The proposed method can effectively filter the data fluctuation and improve the movement stability of the welding mechanism.
