异形排气管件二次拉深成形减薄率的研究

    Research on Thinning Rate of Special Shaped Exhaust Pipe in Secondary Drawing

    • 摘要: 研究了耐热钢异形排气管一次拉深成形和二次拉深成形的减薄率变化趋势。首先利用多工位冲压设备进行了最大拉深深度为85.43 mm的拉深试验,获得减薄率-凸模位置曲线。基于一次拉深试验结果分别进行了37.42、85.43、48.01 mm的最大拉深深度试验,并进行了拉深件顶部和拐角危险区域的减薄率对比,获得两区域的减薄率-凸模位置曲线。试验结果表明,在一次拉深成形时,拉深件拐角危险区域的减薄率为32.81%,拉深件开裂,需要进行二次拉深成形。在多步拉深成形时,预拉深件拐角区域的减薄率为9.72%,二次拉深件拐角危险区域的减薄率为12.18%,拉深件未开裂。

       

      Abstract: The variation trend of thinning rate in one-step drawing and two-step drawing of heat-resistant steel special-shaped exhaust pipes was studied.First, the maximum depth test of 85.43 mm was conducted by using multi-station stamping equipment, and the relationship curve between thinning rate and punch position was obtained.Based on the results of one-step deep drawing test, tests at the maximum tensile depth of 37.42, 85.43 and 48.01 mm were performed respectively.The comparison of the thinning rate of the top and corner dangerous areas was compared, and the thinning rate-punch position curves of the two areas were obtained.The experimental results show that the thinning rate of dangerous corner area is 32.81% in one-step drawing process, and the drawing parts are cracked, so multi-step drawing is needed.In the secondary drawing process, the thinning rate of the corner area of the pre-drawing part is 9.72%, and the thinning rate of the dangerous corner area of the secondary drawing part is 12.18%.The drawing part does not crack.
