PEMFC轻金属双极板的应用及表面改性处理

    Application and Surface Modification Treatment of Light Metal Bipolar Plates for PEMFC

    • 摘要: 金属材料具有良好的力学性能、导电性与可加工性,是目前双极板材料的研究热点。以钛、铝为代表的轻金属因具有较低的密度,在进一步提高燃料电池的功率密度方面具有竞争优势。综述了铝基和钛基两大类轻金属在燃料电池双极板方面的应用,并根据基体的本质属性对每一类轻金属进行分类总结,分析了当前轻金属作为双极板存在的问题并展望了轻金属双极板的未来发展。

       

      Abstract: Metal materials with good mechanical properties, electrical conductivity and machinability are the research hotspots of bipolar plate materials. Light metals, such as titanium and aluminum, have a competitive advantage in improving the power density further of fuel cells due to their lower density. Therefore, the application of the two kinds of light metals,aluminum and titanium, in fuel cell bipolar plate were systematically reviewed. Each kind of light metal was classified and summarized according to the essential properties of the matrix. The existing problems of light metal as bipolar plate were analyzed and the future development of light metal bipolar plate were also prospected.
