基于TIG焊的电弧增材制造工艺研究现状及展望

    Research Status and Prospect of Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing Process Based on TIG Welding

    • 摘要: 电弧增材制造(wire arc additive manufacturing,WAAM)是近年来发展较快的一种净成型的金属构件制造工艺,其中基于TIG焊的电弧增材制造由于沉积过程稳定无飞溅,沉积速率快,材料利用率高尧柔性化程度高等特点被应用于航空航天、军工等领域。总结了不同工艺参数对材料组织和力学性能的影响,包括电流、焊速、保护气种类以及送丝角度;介绍了热积累和焊道的偏移量对成形质量的影响,提出相应的解决措施;最后介绍了不同沉积前处理和辅助制造工艺来优化构件性能,并对TIG焊WAAM的发展趋势及研究方向进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: Wire arc additive manufacturing (WAAM) is a net formed metal component manufacturing process developed rapidly in recent years. The wire arc additive manufacturing based on TIG welding is widely used in aerospace, military and other manufacturing fields because of its stable deposition process, fast deposition rate, high material utilization rate and high flexibility. The influence of different process parameters including current, welding speed, protection gas type and wire feeding angle on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the material was summarized. The influence of heat accumulation and weld path offset on the forming quality was introduced, and the corresponding solution was proposed. Finally, different pre-deposition treatment and auxiliary manufacturing processes were introduced to optimize component performance, and the future development trend and research direction were prospected.
