基于区间二型模糊系统的坡口机器人速度推断系统的研究

    Research on Speed Inference System of Groove Cutting Robot Based on Interval Type-2 Fuzzy System

    • 摘要: 基于区间二型模糊系统,将待加工零件厚度、轨迹半径和切割质量三种因素综合考虑,进行了坡口切割机器人切割速度推断系统的研究。首先根据坡口切割过程中的生产经验总结出符合生产实际的规则;然后使用二型模糊系统将语言化的生产规则转化为模糊规则;最后根据模糊规则对切割速度进行推断。以MATLAB软件为平台,对不同参数下二型模糊系统推断的切割速度进行了仿真。结果表明该系统推断的切割速度随厚度变化呈连续变化,比传统的切割速度设定和一型性模糊推断更优。

       

      Abstract: Based on the interval type-2 fuzzy system, the thickness of the part to be processed, the radius of the trajectory and the cutting quality were considered comprehensively, and the cutting speed inference system of the groove cutting robot was studied.Firstly, according to the production experience in the groove cutting process, the rules that conform to the actual production were summarized; then the linguistic production rules were converted into fuzzy rules by using the type-2 fuzzy system; finally, the cutting speed was inferred based on the fuzzy rules.Using MATLAB software as the platform, the cutting speed inferred by the type-2 fuzzy system under different parameters was simulated.The results show that the cutting speed inferred by the system changes continuously with the thickness change, which is better than the traditional cutting speed setting and fuzzy inference of uniformity.
