Abstract:
Based on the interval type-2 fuzzy system, the thickness of the part to be processed, the radius of the trajectory and the cutting quality were considered comprehensively, and the cutting speed inference system of the groove cutting robot was studied.Firstly, according to the production experience in the groove cutting process, the rules that conform to the actual production were summarized; then the linguistic production rules were converted into fuzzy rules by using the type-2 fuzzy system; finally, the cutting speed was inferred based on the fuzzy rules.Using MATLAB software as the platform, the cutting speed inferred by the type-2 fuzzy system under different parameters was simulated.The results show that the cutting speed inferred by the system changes continuously with the thickness change, which is better than the traditional cutting speed setting and fuzzy inference of uniformity.
