某航空发动机涡轮导向器的缺陷分析及修复

    Fault Analysis and Repair of Turbine Nozzle of An Aero-engine

    • 摘要: 针对某航空发动机涡轮导向器环件开裂及叶片烧蚀的现象,从材料、工艺及应用等角度,对缺陷开展原因分析和应用修复。结果表明:环件开裂是由钎料析出导致撕裂裂纹萌生发展所致,经氩弧焊修复后裂纹不再复现;叶片烧蚀是因叶片前缘承受高温,引起熔融态CMAS(多相复杂玻璃相)对TGO(热生长氧化物)产生溶蚀而形成的,通过采用叶片更换工艺实现修复,导向器能满足装机续用寿命要求。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the phenomenon of ring crack and blade ablation of turbine nozzle of an aero-engine, the formation reason and repair of the defects were carried out from viewpoints of material, technology and application.The results show that the crack is of the ring formed by the generation and propagation of tearing crack caused by solder precipitation, and crack of the ring does not reappear after TIG repair.The blade ablation is formed by the dissolution of TGO by CMAS at the blade leading edge under high temperature.The blade ablation can be repaired by blade replacement, and the turbine nozzle achieves the requirements for the service life of assemblage utilization.
