3003合金热轧开裂的原因分析及预防措施

    Cause Analysis and Preventive Measures of Hot Rolling Cracking of 3003 Alloy

    • 摘要: 采用SEM、EDS能谱仪、金相显微镜对3003合金热轧过程中在厚度方向上产生的贯穿性开裂孔洞进行了分析。开裂的主要原因是铸锭局部存在粗大硬质相,在变形过程中在硬质相上形成应力集中,硬质相破碎形成裂纹。根据开裂原因提出了对铸锭进行610℃×6 h均匀化的改进预防措施。

       

      Abstract: The perforative cracking holes(in the direction of thickness)of 3003 alloy during hot rolling were analyzed by means of SEM, EDS and metallographic microscope.The results show that the main reason for cracking is that the coarse hard phase exists in the ingot, and causes the stress concentration during deformation, finally the hard phase breaks to form a crack.According to the cause of cracking, the process improvement and preventive measures of 610 ℃×6 h homogenization treatment was put forward.
