MgO包覆软磁复合材料的制备及磁性能研究

    Study on Preparation and Magnetic Properties of MgO Coated Soft Magnetic Composites

    • 摘要: 采用机械搅拌法制备了以酚醛树脂为粘接剂、MgO绝缘包覆还原铁粉的软磁复合材料,研究了包覆剂含量以及热处理温度对软磁复合材料的包覆效果和磁性能的影响。研究表明:2wt%MgO绝缘材料被均匀地包覆在铁粉表面;过高的温度会导致绝缘包覆层破坏,造成磁损耗的急剧增加;随着包覆剂含量的增加,磁性能得到改善,当MgO含量为2wt%时,磁导率随着频率升高而稳定在90,磁损耗为62.34 kW/m3(50 m T,50 kHz);损耗分离结果显示,热处理温度为170℃时,2wt%MgO包覆的软磁复合材料具有相对较低的涡流损耗因子。

       

      Abstract: Soft magnetic composites with phenolic resin as the binder and MgO coated reduced iron powder was prepared by mechanical stirring method. The influence of the content of the coating agent and the heat treatment temperature on the coating effect and magnetic properties of the magnetic powder core was studied. Research result shows that 2wt% MgO insulating material is uniformly coated on the surface of iron powders. Excessively high temperature can cause insulation envelope complex failure, cause a sharp increase in magnetic loss. With the increase of the coating agent content, the magnetic properties are improved. The MgO content reaches 2wt%, the magnetic permeability stabilizes at 90 as the frequency increases, and the magnetic loss is 62.34 kW/m3(50 mT, 50 kHz). The loss separation further shows that the soft magnetic composites coated with 2wt%MgO has a relatively low eddy current loss factor under the heat treatment temperature is 170 ℃.
