矫直平整工艺对高强钢三维残余应力分布的影响

    Effect of Straightening and Leveling Process on Three-dimensional Residual Stress Distribution of High Strength Steel

    • 摘要: 残余应力是高强钢制备及使用过程普遍存在的共性问题,三维表征钢板内的残余应力分布则是揭示加工工艺对残余应力影响规律的必要手段。本文采用裂纹柔度法(CCM)对矫直平整加工前后带钢的残余应力进行了三维表征,分析了矫直平整工艺对620JJ搅拌罐体用钢板残余应力的影响规律。结果表明:经过矫直平整工艺后,沿带钢宽度方向的上表面和下表面应力的最大值分别降低了67.97%和43.70%,带钢宽度方向上弹性应变能的波动值从245.41 kJ/m2降至102.73 kJ/m2,降低了58.14%。矫直平整工艺可以降低高强钢整体残余应力水平,利用矫直工艺能改善单平整加工出现的滞流区。

       

      Abstract: Residual stress is a common problem in the preparation and application of high-strength steel.Three-dimensional characterization of residual stress distribution in steel plate is a necessary mean to reveal the influence of processing technology on residual stress.The crack compliance method (CCM) was used to characterize the residual stress before and after straightening and leveling process, and the influence of straightening and leveling process on residual stress of 620JJ steel plate for mixing tank was analyzed.The results show that after straightening and leveling process, the maximum stress on the top and bottom surfaces along the width of the strip is decreased by 67.97% and 43.70% respectively, and the fluctuation value of elastic strain energy along the width direction of the strip steel is reduced from 245.41 kJ/m2 to 102.73 kJ/m2, which is reduced by 58.14%.Straightening and leveling process can reduce the overall residual stress level of the high-strength steel, and the use of the straightening process can improve the stagnant zone that occurs in the single-leveling process.
