回火保温时间对Cr5Mo1V模具钢微观组织和硬度的影响

    Effects of Tempering Holding Time on Microstructure and Hardness of Cr5Mo1V Die Steel

    • 摘要: 采用950℃空淬后,520℃保温不同时间(30、60、120及180 min)对Cr5Mo1V模具钢进行了回火试验,并用光学显微镜、扫描电镜及硬度仪分析了不同的回火保温时间下Cr5Mo1V模具钢的微观组织演变规律及硬度的变化。结果表明,随着回火时间的增加,Cr5Mo1V模具钢的组织由回火马氏体,逐渐转变为回火索氏体;随着保温时间的延长,其硬度呈现先增加,再下降的趋势,在120 min回火后,硬度达到最大值。所以,Cr5Mo1V模具钢回火时间的最佳选择是120 min。

       

      Abstract: Cr5Mo1V die steel specimens were air quenched at 950 ℃and then tempered at 520 ℃by different time(30 min, 60 min, 120 min and 180 min).The microstructure evolution and hardness changes of Cr5Mo1V die steel under different holding time were analyzed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and hardness tester. The results show that with the increase of tempering time, the microstructure of Cr5Mo1V die steel changes from tempering martensite to tempering sorbite. With the extension of holding time, the hardness increases first and then decreases, and reaches the maximum value after 120 min tempering.Therefore, the best choice of tempering time for Cr5Mo1V die steel is 120 min.
