热冲压温度对SAF2507钢微观组织和力学性能的影响

    Effect of Hot Stamping Temperature on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of SAF2507 Steel

    • 摘要: 对SAF2507超级双相不锈钢板进行了1050~1250℃热冲压,利用SEM、EDS和力学测试方法研究不同热冲压温度的试样微观组织和力学性能变化规律。微观组织结果表明:1050~1250℃时,微观组织由铁素体相和奥氏体相组成,随着温度的升高,两相的条状特征快速减弱,铁素体相体积分数上升,奥氏体相体积分数下降,奥氏体相持续转变为铁素体相。力学性能测试结果表明:铁素体相提高抗拉强度和洛氏硬度,降低伸长率、截面收缩率和冲击功。综合微观组织和力学性能测试结果表明,在1050℃热冲压时,钢的微观组织中铁素体相和奥氏体相体积含量相等,此时材料强塑积最高,力学性能最佳。

       

      Abstract: SAF2507 super duplex stainless steel plates were stamped at 1050-1250℃, and the microstructure and mechanical properties of test samples at different hot stamping temperatures were studied by SEM, EDS and mechanical testing methods. The microstructure results show that at 1050-1250℃, the microstructure consists of ferrite phase and austenite phase. With the temperature increasing, the stripe characteristics of two phases are rapidly weakened, the volume fraction of the ferrite phase increases, and that of austenite phase decreases. Austenite phase continues to transform into ferrite phase. The mechanical performance test results show that ferrite phase improve tensile strength and Rockwell hardness, and reduce elongation, sectional shrinkage and impact energy. The test results of comprehensive microstructure and mechanical properties show that at 1050℃ hot stamping, the volume content of ferrite phase and austenite phase in microstructure of the steel are equal. At this time, the material has the highest strong plastic product and the best mechanical properties.
