挤压态AZ31镁合金板的电化学腐蚀行为

    Electrochemical Corrosion Behavior of As-extruded AZ31 Magnesium Alloy Plate

    • 摘要: 利用电化学测试评价了挤压态AZ31镁合金板材的耐腐蚀性能,对比研究了挤压态AZ31镁合金板材ED-ND面和TD-ND面(ND、TD、ED分别为厚度、宽度、挤压方向)在3.5% NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:挤压态AZ31镁合金板材TD-ND面的晶粒尺寸更加细小,挤压态AZ31镁合金板两个面上的腐蚀均是从局部丝状腐蚀逐渐转变为点蚀;与ED-ND面的对比,TD-ND面的腐蚀产物分布更均匀、致密,TD-ND面的自腐蚀电位为-1.31 V,高于ED-ND面的自腐蚀电位,TD-ND面展现出更好的耐腐蚀性能,这主要是因为TD-ND面晶粒细小导致表面形成了分布均匀且致密性高的氧化膜,减缓了镁合金表面的电化学腐蚀。

       

      Abstract: The corrosion resistance of as-extruded AZ31 magnesium alloy plate was evaluated by electrochemical test, and the corrosion behavior of ED-ND and TD-ND section of as-extruded AZ31 magnesium alloy plate (ND, TD, ED is thickness, width and extrusiondirection respectively) in 3.5% NaCl solution was compared.The results show that the grain size of the TD-ND section of the as-extruded AZ31 magnesium alloy plate is smaller.The corrosion of as-extruded AZ31 magnesium alloy plate on the two sections is gradually changed from local filamentary corrosion to point corrosion.Compared with those of ED-ND section, the corrosion product on TD-ND section is much uniform and dense.The self-corrosion potential value of TD-ND section is-1.31 V, which is higher than that of the ED-ND section.The TD-ND section has higher corrosion resistance.Because the grain refinement leads to the uniformity and compactness of passivation film on the TD-ND section of the alloy, therefore reduces the electrochemical corrosion on the section of the magnesium alloy.
