    Analysis of Cracking Causes of L360N Natural Gas Pipeline Elbow

    • 摘要: 通过断口解剖分析、金相组织分析、理化性能检测对某L360N失效弯管的开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:该热煨弯管的组织为马氏体和少量贝氏体,与L360N正常的正火组织(铁素体+珠光体)不符。马氏体组织脆而硬的特性造成管体材料的硬度、屈服强度、抗拉强度均远高于标准要求,断后伸长率远低于标准要求,这是造成弯管失效开裂的主要原因。

       

      Abstract: The cracking causes of a L360N failure bending pipe were analyzed by fracture anatomy analysis,metallographic structure analysis and physical and chemical performance detection. The results show that the structure of the hot-bending pipe is martensite and a small amount of bainite, which is inconsistent with the normalized structure(ferrite +pearlite) of L360N. Due to the brittle and hard characteristics of the martensite structure, the hardness, yield strength and tensile strength of the pipe are much higher than the standard requirements, and the elongation after fracture is lower than the standard requirements. This is the main reason for the failure of hot-bending pipe.
