Abstract:
Due to the characteristics of aluminum alloy materials such as strong oxidation, large thermal conductivity and solidification shrinkage, the joint performance may be weakened and the repair quality cannot be guaranteed by using traditional repair welding technology to repair aluminum alloy components. The technological characteristics of friction stir welding, laser cladding welding and cold metal transfer welding and their research progress in aluminum alloy repair welding were reviewed.In order to solve the problem of fatigue peformance decrease of aluminum alloy structure after repair welding, the innovative research results on fatigue failure mechanism and technological measures were summarized, which provides reference for theoretical research and practical application of aluminum alloy repair welding technology.
