回火工艺对8Cr4Mo4V钢微观组织和力学性能的影响

    Effects of Tempering Process on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 8Cr4Mo4V Steel

    • 摘要: 采用显微组织观察、冲击性能测试和硬度测量等方法,研究了回火工艺对等温淬火8Cr4Mo4V轴承钢微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在试验条件下,8Cr4Mo4V轴承钢的微观组织主要由贝氏体、马氏体、残余奥氏体及碳化物组成。进行了3种回火工艺:550℃×2 h回火3次(工艺A),250℃×2 h回火1次+350℃×2 h回火1次+550℃×2 h回火2次(工艺B),以及350℃×2 h回火2次+550℃×2 h回火2次(工艺C)。工艺A、B和C处理的试样冲击功分别为13.1、8.75和8.52J,工艺B、C使试验钢出现回火脆性,韧性下降。工艺A、B和C处理的试样硬度分别为60.9、62.3和62.5HRC,B、C回火工艺与A工艺相比较析出更多的碳化物,弥散强化作用更强,试验钢的硬度更高。

       

      Abstract: By means of microstructure observation, impact experiment and hardness measurements, the effects of different tempering processes on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 8Cr4Mo4V bearing steel were studied.Results show that, under the experimental conditions, the microstructure of 8Cr4Mo4V bearing steel is mainly composed of bainite, martensite, retained austenite and carbides.The following three tempering processes were carried out.A:550 ℃×2 h(3 times), B:350 ℃×2 h(1 time)+350 ℃×2 h(1 time)+550 ℃×2 h(2 times), and C:350 ℃×2 h(2 times)+550 ℃×2 h (2 times).The impact energy is 13.1 J, 8.75 J and 8.52 J respectively for the steel with the tempering treatments A, B and C.Temper brittleness occurs to the samples with B, C tempering treatment, which reduces the toughness of the steel.The hardness of the steel with the tempering treatments A, B and C is 60.9 HRC, 62.3 HRC and 62.5 HRC, respectively.Compared with the tempering treatment A, the microstructure of the steel with the tempering treatments B and C has more carbides, and the dispersion strengthening effect is stronger, so the hardness of the experinent steel is enhanced.
